Is it better for a lawyer to be present at mediation or the tribunal hearing as they can present the case better?
I have all documents ready but, am unsure of myself presenting the facts- first time at this and finding your blogs very helpful- Educating myself at Employment law 101.
(Also can’t afford wasting my lawyer’s time- $400.+ / hr.)
