Read Professor Doorey’s Evidence Before the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights in 2000 in relation to the “Westray Bill” that eventually was legislated in the form of Bill C-45.  I appeared on the invitation of the United Steelworkers and the Federal N.D.P.   My testimony is scattered throughout after about part 1205.
